ek pass launches web based training for operators

Commencing November 18, 2005, ek pass offers e-learning CBT and WBT solutions in addition to our highly effective and successful hands-on training. Our Web Based courses are geared towards corporate and individual students looking to update and refresh their skills or to get a foot in the door and stand out from the competition. Certificates are provided to all students who successfully complete our WBT courses.
All of our e-learning programs are developed by in-house subject matter experts experienced in developing and delivering training programs worldwide. These experts are supported by a full development team: instructional designers, graphic designers, multimedia programmers, 3D animators, professional narrators, and sound engineers. The content comes in part from the extensive ek pass library of proprietary electronic, audio visual and print material.
As with our hands-on training, this content can be customized down to the make, model, and other machine-specific data as required. Client-specific data (images, video, policies, procedures, etc.) can be incorporated into the programs, so the "look and feel" as well as the content can be tailored for a specific site.
Custom content can be created as well, such as high-resolution digital video, or highly compressed video/audio sequences for CD/DVD full screen playback without dedicated hardware.
Once completed, training content can be updated as required to reflect changes in your operation (policies and procedures) or your equipment's manufacturer (makes and models).
Program types include Instructor-led power point, Instructor-verified power point, Stand-alone Flash computer-based training, and Stand-alone web-based training.
